It all started with a griddle cake
The original Salt’s Cure opened in Los Angeles in 2010 and has had a line out the door ever since. The star of the show has always been our beloved Oatmeal Griddle Cake. We’ve built our quick-service, casual concept around her, placing our beloved cakes at the center of a well-rounded breakfast. Oh, and we also have lunch.
We like to keep things simple, so you can simply enjoy good food.
